14-day right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item. This window is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

How to start a return or cancellation request

• If you have an account: log in at https://account.fairenough.shop and go to your Orders.
• If you checked out with a phone number only: use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, please use the returns process above.

Returning items After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the items within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. We will refund the original order value including standard outbound shipping costs. We will not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
